FRANKLIN, NJ — An early morning multi-alarm structure fire in Franklin is causing delays for morning commuters, Franklin Township Police report.

South Middlebush Road is closed between Claremont and Coutelyous as a result of the fire department activity, police reported around 6 a.m.

The closure will impact the morning commute and motorists are urged to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
