New Barber Shop Celebrates Opening With Ribbon-Cutting On Route 206 In Hillsborough

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough Township marked the opening of Blade Haven Barber Co. on Aug. 11 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony welcoming the new business to the community.

The full-service barbershop is located at 692 Route 206, Suite 500, according to the township announcement.

The township said the shop brings high-end grooming services to the area in what it described as a welcoming, professional environment.

According to the announcement, Blade Haven Barber Co. is committed to serving the community and offers sensory-friendly haircuts.

Mayor Catherine Payne, Committeewoman Jill Gomez, EBDC member Debbie Norz, and representatives from the township’s Economic & Business Development Office attended the celebration.

Blade Haven Barber Co. has already drawn regional attention.

According to the announcement, the business was recently called upon to provide haircuts for the Morocco team during the FIFA games.

In its message marking the occasion, the township wrote, “Congratulations to Blade Haven Barber Co. on this milestone. Welcome to Hillsborough! We wish you tremendous success and look forward to having you in our business community.”
