New Pizza Restaurant To Open In Hillsborough
Singas Famous Pizza Restaurant, based in New York, is looking to open its first Somerset County location off Route 206.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A new pizza restaurant is coming to Hillsborough Township.
Singas Famous Pizza Restaurant, based in New York, will be opening its first Somerset County franchise location at 438 Route 206. This location was formally home to Pizza Hut.
The restaurant will be located inside the strip mall near the Amwell Road intersection.

Singas Famous Pizza Restaurant first opened in 1967 in Elmhurst, New York, according to singaspizzas.com.
In 1977, Gregory Tsanis and his brother, Chris bought the business and have since branched out, to open new stores in the tri-state area. The brothers then began franchising the restaurant in 2004.
