New Revolving Sushi Bar Coming To Somerset County
It's time to get on board. Shinjuku Station is planning to open its first Somerset County location.
MONTGOMERY, NJ — A unique sushi experience is coming to Somerset County.
Shinjuku Station Revolving Sushi Bar will be opening at the Montgomery Promenade.
The restaurant will showcase a revolving train with sushi on board to try.

Shinjuku also offers takeout and delivery. Menu items will include hot ramen bowls, fresh sushi rolls, bento boxes, takoyaki, and boba.
Leasing agents for the property told Patch they believe the sushi bar will open sometime within the first quarter of 2027.
