N.J. Man Wipes 'Butt Cheeks' With Summons, Tosses It At Cop: Prosecutor

A 45-year-old New Jersey man has been charged with placing a police summons between his “butt cheeks,” wiping it up and down and then tossing it at a police officer.

Greenwood was given the summons after being released on a charge of threatening to assault another person. Greenwood tossed the summons at Lt. John Insabella of the Readington Police Department on June 2.

The Whitehouse Station man “did purposely subject (Insabella) of the Readington Township Police Department to contact with a bodily fluid while the officer was in uniform and acting in the performance of his duties,” according to the indictment.
The suspect acted “by taking the summons complaint issued to him upon his release from police custody, placing it between his butt cheeks, wiping the paper in an upward and downward motion and throwing it in the direction of the officer,” according to the indictment.

On Sept. 18, Greenwood was also charged by Patrolman Patrick Brown with disorderly conduct and making threats to kill another person. Those charges are pending, according to the Courier-News.
