The Board of Freeholders has authorized a property swap with developer and township resident Gregg Wilke, enabling him to build the sports complex next to the county-owned park in exchange for turning over 19.5 acres of land he owns on nearby Hillsborough Road. The site will become part of the county’s farmland preservation program.
