Oliver Is Hillsborough's Pet Of The Week

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Meet Oliver! He has been chosen as Hillsborough Patch's Pet Of The Week.

"Meet Oliver, also known as Ollie! We adopted Ollie from Capic Cats at Amwell Pet Supply. They found him freezing cold behind a McDonalds. Ollie has many nicknames, the most popular ones being 'Doodle' and 'King'. We call him the King because he’s in charge and he knows it.

Ollie is an amazing older brother to Milo, even when he can sometimes be a handful. He is a sweetheart with the most kind and loving personality. You can usually find Ollie sitting in front of the pantry, waiting for someone to give him a treat. He will jump up on your leg with his adorable little paws for a treat (or two).

Ollie keeps us laughing and he brings so much love to our family. Thank you for being an angel. We love you forever, Ollie!"

Do you think your pet should be Hillsborough's Pet of the Week?

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com with subject line "Hillsborough Pet Of The Week." Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the town you're from.

You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today. All photos must be property of the submitter.

Additionally the chosen Pet of the Week will receive a free bag of pet food from Amwell Pet Supply in Hillsborough. Stop into the store, located at 434 Route 206, in Hillsborough. For more information call 908-359-5117.
