Assemblyman John Wisniewski to Visit Hillsborough Feb. 11

The Assemblyman will discuss "Opening the Bridges and Gates: The state of transportation in New Jersey" with the Democratic Alliance.

On Wednesday, Feb. 11, Assemblyman John Wisniewski (D-Middlesex) will address the Hillsborough Democratic Alliance at 7 PM at Avalon Assisted Living, 393 Amwell Road, Hillsborough.

Residents of Hillsborough and surrounding communities are encouraged to hear Assemblyman Wisniewski discuss major issues he’s working on including Port Authority reform, transportation infrastructure issues, fire safety proposals in response to the recent Edgewater fire, and the latest on the Bridgegate investigation.

Democrats also hope to discuss his bill to explore ways to keep college tuition affordable for state residents, pension and benefits reform proposals and many other issues facing New Jerseyans.

Assemblyman Wisniewski is the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly and the Chair of the Transportation and Independent Authorities Committee. He is also the Co-Chair of the New Jersey Legislative Select Committee on Investigation. It should be a most interesting evening. There will be light refreshments, and there is no charge to attend.
