Pedestrian Hit By Car, Hospitalized In Hillsborough
The crash happened on Wednesday night causing Beekman Lane to close for two hours.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A pedestrian was reportedly hit by a car in Hillsborough on Wednesday night.
At 6:30 p.m., the Hillsborough Township Police went to a motor vehicle crash with a pedestrian on Beekman Lane near Whitenack Court.
Authorities found the pedestrian had sustained injuries. She was taken by ambulance to
Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center in New Brunswick, said Hillsborough Police Sergeant Rick Tichenor.

The driver was not injured as a result of the accident.
The investigation is still ongoing.

A portion of Beekman Lane was closed for around two hours while the crash was being investigated.
Anyone with information regarding the crash is asked to contact the Hillsborough Township Police Deptartment at 908-369-4323 ext-8.
Responding units included Hillsborough Twp. Police Dept., Hillsborough Twp Fire Companies,
Paramedics and BLS from Robert Wood Johnson (Somerset) Medical Center.
