Multiple Home Burglaries Under Investigation In Franklin

A resident's home doorbell surveillance camera captured pictures of a man who is considered a "person of interest" by Franklin Police.

FRANKLIN, NJ — Authorities are actively investigating several burglaries that occurred in Franklin Township recently.

Police released two photos of a person of interest captured by a resident's Ring doorbell. If anyone sees the pictured man they are asked to contact the Franklin Township Police at 732-873-2300.

"Residents are urged to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the police IMMEDIATELY," police reported.

Residents who own a Ring doorbell or other Ring products are also urged to share suspicious videos in the “Neighbors Feed” portion of the application as soon as possible.

"This does NOT replace the need to call the police. If you see something suspicious call the police IMMEDIATELY!!!" police reported.
