Police Investigate Shooting, Franklin Victim Hospitalized
The shooting was an isolated incident and the victim was the intended target, police report.

FRANKLIN, NJ — Authorities are actively investigating a shooting of a township resident in Franklin Wednesday night.
The shooting occurred on Franklin Boulevard in Franklin at about 8:10 p.m. sending a township resident to an area hospital, who is in stable condition, Somerset County Prosecutor Michael Robertson said.
The shooting was an isolated incident and the victim was the intended target, according to the preliminary investigation.
