SOMERVILLE, NJ — A unique and new concept to offer month-long brewpub like experiences is opening in Somerville on Wednesday.
Project P.U.B. (Pop-Up Brewpub) will host one brewery each month with up to 12 lines on draft and a custom designed menu paired to the brewery's products.
Once the month ends, they will do it all over again with a brand new brewery and a new menu.

The first brewery on tap is Founders Brewery of Grand Rapids, MI. The brews will start flowing at Project P.U.B.'s official grand opening on Wednesday, Feb. 1 at 6 p.m.
A ribbon cutting will be held with the Mayor Brian Gallagher and food and drinks will be served all night.
