Project Graduation Fundraising

On the evening following graduation, Hillsborough High School participates in a national event titled Project Graduation.

Project Graduation is a free event for the graduates to attend and to commemorate their final days in Hillsborough. The evening is a safe, alcohol and drug free environment held at a nearby Dave & Buster’s. Graduates are able to enjoy a night out with their class one last time without having to stress over concerns about their safety.

"Parents are especially glad their seniors have a safe opportunity to celebrate with their classmates," said Co-Chair of Project Graduation, Donna Hands.

This year, Project Graduation will be held the night of June 19th for the Class of 2018.

Nearly 75% of the graduates attend each year; however, no funding is received from the school district to hold the event. Therefore, Project Graduation is looking for donations at this time to reach their goal of $40,000.

Funding goes towards the costs of the venue, transportation, food, entertainment, prizes and t-shirts for the students.

Come join us at a food tasting event held on March 24 from 6:00 P.M. to 7:15 P.M. to sponsor the organization. Restaurants from Hillsborough and surrounding towns will be contributing a variety of foods.

Another fundraiser hosted by Project Graduation is the Project Graduation Fashion Show. The annual event will also take place on March 24 in the Hillsborough High School auditorium at 7:30 P.M. Fashion show tickets are available for students and seniors at $10 each, for adults at $15 each, and a fashion show/food tasting combo ticket is set at $35 each; if you are able to contribute a donation to an advertisement for the event, please contact the Project Graduation Co-Chairs:
