Republicans Maintain Control In Hillsborough: Unofficial Results
Somerset County reported that votes from 100 percent of the districts are now in with Republicans beating Democrats: Unofficial Results.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Republicans maintain control in Hillsborough Township as Somerset County reported that votes from 100 percent of the districts are now in, according to the unofficial results.
Hillsborough residents were asked to vote for two candidates for the Township Committee. Republican incumbent James "Jim" Ruh and Catherine Payne both beat Democrats Samantha Hand and Ronald Yoder in the 2023 General Election.

- James Ruh - Republican* - 5,560
- Samantha Hand - Democrat - 5,433
- Ronald K. Yoder - Democrat - 5,267
The vote tally remains unofficial as it may not include early voting, vote-by-mail, provisional ballots, or write-in votes. Final certification of the results must be done by Nov. 22.
