Restaurant Near Bridgewater Gets A New Whole New Vibe

Hillsborough, NJ -- A local restaurant in Hillsborough has reopened with a brand new image.
The Landing, formerly Phesant’s Landing, reopened under the new name in April. And the name isn’t the only thing new.
“We wanted to try something newer,” Madeline Reilly, Manager told Patch. “The biggest difference is we used to offer two separate menus. Now the downstairs and upstairs have the same menu.

The restaurant also changed cooking styles from German to American.
The entire bar downstairs also received a makeover including a concrete bar.

“The bar has a whole new vibe to it,” Reilly said. “The drinks are much different and we have been receiving a lot of good reviews.”
“NYC flavor in your back yard! Hands down one of the best burgers I have ever had! The carbonara pizza with the egg on top was to die for! Family friendly and a great place to a have a beer and watch a game! I can't wait for the outside to open! Kudos to the chef this ain't your reg food joint this is the real deal! We live in hunterdon county so so worth the 40 minute drive no question!” said a customer on The Landing’s Facebook page.
The pub also offers a dartboard, jukebox and late nightlife fun.
Plans to renovate the upstairs dining area are also on the horizon. And plans for outside entertainment on the front lawn are also planned for the future.
Starting Monday, May 8 the patio outside will be open to finally enjoy some sunny weather.
