Rosaria A. Suriano Named among Top 25 Leading Women™ Entrepreneurs & Business Owners

Brach Eichler has announced that Rosaria A. Suriano, Esq., a partner in the litigation practice group, has been named among the Top 25 Leading Women™ Entrepreneurs and Business Owners. The top 25 honorees were chosen from a list of 1,000 nominees and represent women business leaders in New Jersey.

Leading Women Entrepreneurs recognizes outstanding women business owners and entrepreneurs who exhibit outstanding performance in four areas: market potential, innovation, community involvement and advocacy for women.

Suriano, a resident of Readington Township, NJ, is an experienced litigator with more than 28 years of trial and appellate court experience in both state and federal courts. She has extensive experience representing large and mid-sized companies in business litigation, contract disputes, business tort matters, real estate transactions and construction litigation, as well as appellate matters. Specifically, she handles contract disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, and domain name disputes and has litigated claims involving the Trade Secrets Act, the Computer Related Offenses Act, as well as other contract and business claims.

She is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubell and was selected for inclusion by New Jersey Super Lawyers in 2015- 2017. In 2011 she was recognized NJBiz as a “Best 50 Women in Business in New Jersey.” She is admitted to practice in New Jersey; the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit.

She is also a member of the Essex County Bar Association and its Chancery Division Practice Group, Executive Women of New Jersey, the National Association of Corporate Directors (NJ Chapter), the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, the Newark Regional Business Partnership, the Advisory Board to Sobel & Co.’s forensic litigation group, the Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Women of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Women President’s Organization and the Women's Fund. Suriano is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Trinitas Health Foundation and formerly served on the Board of Trustees for the Girl Scouts.

Suriano earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. from Seton Hall University.
