Santa Claus Will Light Hillsborough Christmas Tree

Santa Claus is coming to town Friday night in Hillsborough Township for a tree lighting and community holiday celebration.

HILLSBOROUGH TOWNSHIP, NJ — You better watch out, you better not cry: Santa Claus is coming to Hillsborough Township!

The Hillsborough Township Department of Parks and Recreation is sponsoring its annual Christmas Tree Lighting on Friday night, and Santa has traveled from the North Pole to light the tree.

The celebration, which will include hot cocoa, cookies, Bella Pizza, train rides, music, a firepit, and more, will begin at 6 p.m. Friday at the Hillsborough Township Municipal Complex, and Santa will arrive just after 7 p.m. to light the tree. If children don’t get a chance to meet Santa, they can still send him a letter at a Santa letter-writing station.
