Skillman’s MOOYAH Offers Pantry Items For Sale Amid Coronavirus

With grocery stores facing shortages, MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes in Skillman has started selling potatoes and bread to the community.

SKILLMAN, NJ — With restaurant traffic down and grocery stores facing shortages amid the new coronavirus outbreak, MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes in Skillman has started selling potatoes and bread to the community.

"During the whole coronavirus pandemic we couldn't offer dine-in so we decided to offer our pantry items and essential products to the community who might be in need," said Skillman MOOYAH Franchisee Owner Andrew Candelino.

Candelino began selling six packs of white and wheat buns for $2.99 and four packs of russet potatoes for $1.99 last week at his located at 1378 Route 206 in the Village Shops at Montgomery.

"We already had cases of the potatoes for our fresh cut fries and and we bake our own bread for our burgers so it made sense to sell them," Candelino said.

Candelino noted MOOYAH is also offering delivery, take-out and curbside pick-up for customers who want to order off their menu.
