Somerset County Opens Warming Centers

Municipalities in Somerset County will offer warming centers across the county on Wednesday.

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — Municipalities in Somerset County will offer warming centers at various locations during regular business hours on Wednesday and beyond as needed.

The Somerset County Office of Emergency Management activated the Code Blue Plan on Monday which provides services to the homeless and at-risk individuals to reduce the health risks that may be experienced by the homeless population during extreme cold.
