Somerset County Police National Night Out Is Tuesday

SOMERVILLE, NJ — The Somerville Borough Police along with the Somerset County Sheriff's Department and SWAT are hosting a National Night Out event on Tuesday.

The event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. at Carol Pager Park (Exchange Field) on Green Street in Somerville. It is between North Street and Davenport Street across from the YMCA.

There will be free food, music, games and activities, a dunk tank, and demonstrations by the Somerset County Sheriff's Department and SWAT.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes camaraderie and understanding between law enforcement and the community to make our neighborhoods a safer, more caring places to live.
