Somerset County Spring Surplus Auction Runs Through May 18
The eclectic mix of items to be sold includes cars and other vehicles, lawn and garden equipment, automotive parts, office equipment, more.

Somerset County Commissioner Director Shanel Y. Robinson encourages residents to take advantage of the upcoming online auction of surplus property. The auction starts at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11, and will close at 7 p.m., Wednesday, May 18.

A list of auction items, along with terms and conditions of sale, is available at https://bit.ly/SpringSurplus_22. Photos of items are expected to be posted on the GovDeals website at www.govdeals.com/somersetcounty by Wednesday, May 11.

Inspection is strongly recommended. Items may be inspected Friday, May 13, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturday, May 14, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the South County Public Works Facility, located at 410 Roycefield Road, Hillsborough, NJ 08844.
All property will be sold as-is, where-is. There is a buyer’s premium of 10%; however, there are no registration fees charged by the auction company. Visit www.govdeals.com for details.
Payment is due within 24 hours of notification. Items purchased must be removed by 2 p.m. on June 3. The buyer is responsible for all loading and transporting of property.
