Somerset Man Charged With Sex Assault Of Child: Prosecutor

SOMERSET, NJ — A Somerset man was charged with sexually assaulting a child in Hunterdon County.

Sean M. Fuerstenberger, 48, of Somerset was arrested and charged with one count of second-degree sexual assault and two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, Acting Hunterdon County Prosecutor Michael J. Williams and Chief of Detectives Frank R. Crisologo announced.

An investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office’s Special Victims Unit found Fuerstenberger sexually assaulted the victim when they were under the age of 13 and lived in Hunterdon County, authorities said.
