Somerset Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of Unconscious Woman: Cops
The woman said she woke up in a bedroom to find Antonio Galindo-Salazar, 27, of Somerset on top of her, according to police.

FRANKLIN, NJ — A Somerset man was arrested and charged with sexual assault that happened last summer.
Antonio Galindo-Salazar, 27, of Henry Street, Somerset, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2023, said Somerset County Prosecutor John P. McDonald, Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Chief of County Detectives John W. Fodor, and Franklin Township Public Safety Director Quovella M. Maeweather.
On June 20, 2022, an adult woman alleged that she was sexually assaulted in Franklin Township and she was interviewed by a detective from the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Sex Crimes/Child Abuse Unit.

The woman said she had been drinking alcohol at a home in Franklin Township and later woke up in a bedroom to find Galindo-Salazar on top of her, according to McDonald.
On Jan. 25, 2023, Galindo-Salazar was arrested without incident in Franklin Township following an investigation by detectives from the Somerset County Prosecutor’s OfficeSex Crimes/Child Abuse Unit and detectives from the Franklin Township Police Department.

Galindo-Salazar was charged with second-degree sexual assault and was taken to the Somerset County Jail pending a detention hearing.
