Somerset Man Threatens Police, Tries To Kick Out Car Window: Cops
Daniel McDonald, 25, of Somerset yelled and cursed at police with threatening language, racial slurs and profanities, police said.
SOMERSET, NJ — A Somerset man was indicted on charges after he yelled and cursed at police and tried to kick out the window of a police car, authorities said.
Daniel McDonald, 25, of Somerset was indicted for one count of first-degree bias intimidation, one count of second-degree bias intimidation, and two counts of making terroristic threats in the third degree, Middlesex County Acting Prosecutor Christopher L. C. Kuberiet said.
On Dec. 23, 2019, Jamesburg Police went to Stockton Avenue for a call about a disturbance in a parked car.

While speaking to McDonald, he became belligerent towards the police officers and continued to yell and curse at police with threatening language, racial slurs and profanities, Kuberiet said.
After he was placed in the back of a police vehicle, he tried to kick out the window of the police car and was then arrested, Kuberiet said.

McDonald continued to threaten acts of violence against police officers while at Jamesburg Police Headquarters, Kuberiet said.
