Steve Is Hillsborough's Pet Of The Week

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Meet Steve! He has been chosen as Hillsborough Patch's Pet Of The Week.

"We found Steve at a breeder in Hershey Park after the loss of our 17-year-old Chihuahua, Bud.

Steve is also a long haired chihuahua who just turned one in October. He’s six pounds of love and energy with a special condition that causes his tongue to stick out. He’s an apple head Chihuahua that will win your heart upon meeting him.

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com with subject line "Hillsborough Pet Of The Week." Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the town you're from.

You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today. All photos must be property of the submitter.
