Streamline Aquatics Club Swimmers (STAC) Finish Strong

Championship Season in Full Swing

As the USA Swimming 2017 short course season is coming to a close, Streamline Aquatics
Club (STAC), located in Branchburg, New Jersey, is celebrating the success of its swimmers.
STAC officially began in May of 2013 for private lessons and clinics. The STAC USA Swim
Team was later established in September of 2014, by Head Instructor and CEO Brian Greene—
or Coach “BG” as his swimmers affectionately refer to him. Coach BG has coached for over 30
years in New Jersey developing swimmers from the Novice level to the Elite National level.
Thanks largely to a superb coaching staff and an emphasis on making swimming a rewarding,
fun, and challenging experience for each athlete, the STAC team has grown exponentially in the
last three years. Today, it is made up of close to 200 swimmers between the ages of 5 and 18,
and it is looking to expand its programs—clinics, private lessons, team, and summer league—
even more in the coming seasons.
On a perpetual quest for personal best times, STAC swimmers have had an extraordinary
season full of both individual accomplishments and team success. Coming off of a very strong
presence at the 12 & Under New Jersey Swimming (NJS) Silver/Bronze Region C
Championship Meet the weekend of February 17th and 18th, STAC will continue on its quest
through the championship meet season. Recently completed, STAC 13 and over swimmers competed in

the NJS Silver/Bronze Region B Championships the weekend of March 4th and 5th in Trenton. Next up,

STAC will have a strong contingent of swimmers advancing to 14 & under NJS Junior Olympics at Rutgers the weekend of March 17th and 18th, and for the first time will be competing in the GTSA Spring Championship Meet in Tampa, Florida in April.
Unlike many other clubs and teams, STAC swimmers will continue to swim even after
championship meet season, taking only a short break as they head into the competitive long
course season.
