HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — You don't have to be on the other side of the country to get a taste of Hawaii’s popular raw fish dish, poké. Proven Poké Co. wants to share its love of poké with other seafood lovers in Hillsborough.
Proven Poké Co., which offers their customizable poke bowls and burritos, is shooting to open at 649 Route 206 in Hillsborough in November or December.
"It builds fast, fresh and tasty poké bowls and burritos using the highest-grade fish with skillfully-crafted sauces, mix-ins and toppings. There’s something for everyone on the menu, including non-seafood, gluten and vegan options," the company stated.

Proven Poké Co. combines a counter-serve experience with Aloha vibes in its laid-back space.
The location will be in the new complex with Starbucks, Chipotle and Sweetberry Bowls. This will be their first location in Somerset County. Currently their only location is in Asbury Park and has another planned to open in Hoboken.

Proven Poké is accepting resumes for all positions: manager, assistant manager and team members. They plan to conduct interviews during September.
