Teen Wanted For Masturbating Next To Woman On Bench In Somerset Co.: Cops
The suspect is described as an olive-skinned male with dark brown hair, beard, about 5-foot-11 inches tall, between the age of 16 and 18.
FRANKLIN, NJ — A teenager is wanted for masturbating next to a woman sitting on a bench in Franklin Township on Tuesday.
On Sept. 24, a 69-year-old woman reported to the Franklin Township Police that while walking on the towpath north of Route 518, she sat on a bench beside an unknown man at around 4:15 p.m.
About five minutes later, the victim saw the unknown man masturbating, said police.

The man then tried to talk with the victim, but the victim ran away and left the scene without any further interaction from the suspect, said police.
The suspect is described as an olive-skinned male with dark brown hair, beard, about 5-foot-11 inches tall, between the age of 16 and 18 years old, and wearing a grey T-shirt with brown sandals.
