Updated Hillsborough Election Totals As More Votes Counted
Somerset County reported more votes Wednesday. Here is the latest update on the Hillsborough Township Committee and School Board races:

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Somerset County has updated its vote tally on Wednesday. It last was updated last Friday. Here are the latest election results for the Hillsborough Township Committee and School Board races. Official results are not expected to be certified until Friday.
As of Wednesday night, the Somerset County Board of Elections has counted 184,860 vote-by-mail ballots out of the roughly 256,000 ballots sent out countywide.

- Douglas Tomson: 13,033
- Janine Erickson: 12,169
- Donnetta Johnson: 10,931
- David Brook: 10,753
There were also six candidates vying for the three, three-year seats on the Hillsborough Township School Board including newcomers Nurse, Marini and Kidd versus incumbents Judith C. Haas, Ann Harris, and current school board president Lorraine Soisson.
