In the new year, DelCore said the township would be focusing on continued fiscal prudence through exploring additional shared services.
“The diligent management of each of every budget line item will remain a core focus area,” said DelCore.
New members to key management positions within the township were announced as the result of recent retirements, including the Chief and Captain of the Police Department, the Director of Parks, Recreation and Social Services and the Business Advocate.
The township will also continue to work with county officials to manage the final steps at Mountainview Park, formerly known as the GSA Depot, to ensure the initial ballfields are operational in 2016.
Lastly, managing existing parks and other infrastructure improvements topped off the mayor’s to do list.
