Yoga, Training Facility Is Moving To New Location In Hillsborough

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Yoga M.A.T.T. is expanding and moving to a new location in Hillsborough.

Larken Associates negotiated a new lease for 1,741 square feet of retail space with Yoga M.A.T.T. at Hillsborough Village Center located at 1 Housel Circle in Hillsborough.

"The idea of leaving our current space where 12 years of memories have been created feels bitter sweet but change is an inevitable part of growing. The transition will not be perfect but the dream is coming true and we promise it will be worth it!" wrote Yoga M.A.T.T.

The new location will occupy the retail space at Hillsborough Village Center's new mixed-use community that has 191 luxury multifamily units.

Yoga M.A.T.T. is a small group functional training facility integrating yoga, TRX, Kettlebell and conditioning classes.

The new training studio will continue to focus on the integration of strength, endurance and flexibility training for all ages.

The studio will also now offer an additional massage room as well as a larger studio and retail space. Its therapeutic massage program, which includes cupping, taping and stretching will be available 7 days a week.

The number of small group fitness and yoga classes will expand and include a full Pilates program.

The transition into the new space will involve closing the studio at 706 Route 206 for several weeks. The last day open will be Friday, June 30.

Yoga M.A.T.T. will soon be joined by Hillsborough Village Center’s growing list of retail businesses including the soon-to-be-open Tropical Smoothie Cafe and JC Nail Spa.
