31 Hoboken, Jersey City, Secaucus Eateries Participating In Hudson County Restaurant Week

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — You can search them out by cuisine or location: More than 30 restaurants are participating in Hudson Restaurant Week in Hudson County this week, including in Hoboken, Jersey City, Secaucus, Harrison, and as far as Edgewater.

They're offering prix fixe meals so people can sample their best appetizers, entrees, and desserts.

The restaurants range from the Halifax at the W Hotel in Hoboken, to a popular place to "pig out": Hamilton Pork in Jersey City.

The week kicked off Monday, Jan. 23 and runs through Feb. 3.

Just as an example of what you can try, the meal at the Franklin in Secaucus (not to be confused with the Franklin in Jersey City, also participating) includes:

  • Second course/entree: Choice of veal chop vodka parmigiana, pan seared salmon, braised short ribs with mashed potatoes and asparagus, or wild mushroom risotto
  • Third course/dessert: Homemade churros, olive oil cake, or homemade tiramisu.
