HOBOKEN, NJ — Three men from three New Jersey counties were arrested Sunday morning after a large street fight in Hoboken, police said.
A video of the melee, at First and Washington streets, shows four police officers pulled to the ground while trying to apprehend someone. A crowd looks on.
"Come on, move," an officer yells, while another says, "Walk that way. Not walking towards me. Walk that way."
A Hoboken police spokeswoman said Monday that officers responded at 3:15 a.m. to a report of a large fight near First and Washington streets. The area is at the foot of the city's main street, four blocks from the train station.
Spokeswoman Marci Rubin said the following were arrested in connection with the incident:
All three were processed at Hoboken Police Headquarters and released with a summons and a court date, Rubin said.
Sgt. Michael Losurdo and Officers David Smentkowski, Adrian Comayagua, Alyssa Rivera, Trevor Thomas, and Vincent Guastini responded to the incident.
