HOBOKEN, NJ — Several World Cup and soccer-themed events will take place in Hoboken this weekend, including a lecture at the Hoboken Historical Museum, and Red Bull-sponsored events.
The Hoboken Historical Museum, located on 13th Street near the waterfront, will host "a lecture that will highlight the evolution, influence and impact of soccer in Hoboken and surrounding cities throughout Hudson County, with a special focus on Hoboken FC 1912," said a spokesperson.
Hoboken FC 1912 is one of the oldest continuously active soccer clubs in New Jersey.
The presenters have written books and been involved with soccer for decades, including a historian for the New York Cosmos.

Fan Events And Clinics
