HOBOKEN, NJ — A limited Netflix series called "Dolce" will be filming in Hoboken Friday night into early Saturday morning, according to signage on the city's main drag.
Film trucks were seen parked in front of 1005 Washington St., with most of the spots on that side empty.
According to Netflix, the series is based on a novel, Enigma Variations. It will star English actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Paul.
Signs said that film trucks will also park on Hudson Street between Seventh and Tenth.
Filming will take place from 5 p.m. Friday through 6 p.m. Saturday, said the signs, identifying the production company as When In Rome, LLC.
A post on social media said the crew was filming in Greenwich Village on Thursday.
