HOBOKEN, NJ — As winter nears, we may not all scream for ice cream in Hoboken, but will we scream for more pet supplies?
Weeks after Maroons Creamery ice cream shop closed its Hoboken location, a pet supply store has placed signage to move in.
Last month, the co-owner of Maroons said their lease at 1122 Washington St. was almost up and the landlord had another idea for the space. But they said Maroons will look for a new storefront in Hoboken.
On Tuesday, a sign was observed in the window saying, "Washington Pet Supplies, Coming Soon."
The store will open on the same block as Woof Gang pet food bakery.
