Body In Bag Found On Jersey City Street
Two bodies were found within miles of each other in Jersey City. One was left on the street in a bag.

JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Two dead bodies were found Saturday within miles of each other in Jersey City, authorities confirmed. One was left on the street in a bag. The other was found in a car, and the victim had sustained a shotgun wound, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said.
The prosecutor's office said its Homicide Unit is investigation both cases.
One of the bodies was found on the street in a bag on Reservoir Avenue, the prosecutor's office said. It was identified in multiple reports as being a woman. The other body, identified as a male, was in a car on Jersey Avenue and Grand Street.

The body left on the street was in a brown bag, residents told NJ.com. "It was all tied up and right on the curb. Like somebody put it out for garbage," a resident told the publication. Others told the newspaper they did not hear anything out of the ordinary overnight. However, a loud storm passed through the region.
