Boil Water Advisory Lifted In Hoboken, But Do This, City Says
The limited boil water advisory was lifted for Hoboken, but residents should still follow some guidelines.
HOBOKEN, NJ — The limited boil water advisory in Hoboken was lifted around 7 p.m. Saturday, officials said.
"Please check with your neighbors, who may not be aware," advised 2nd Ward Councilwoman Tiffanie Fisher.
She passed along these measures from the state DEP:

- Run your water faucets for 3-5 minutes.
- Empty and clean your automatic ice makers.
- Drain and refill your hot water heater if you keep your temp below 113 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Water reservoirs in tall buildings should be drained and refilled as applicable.
