HOBOKEN, NJ — Two community meetings have been scheduled to talk about projects in Hoboken's North End Redevelopment Area, including a building containing a brewery. The first is scheduled for this Thursday.

Both projects are located in the northwest corner of town, north of 14th Street.

1500 Clinton St. community meeting

The city of Hoboken will host a virtual community meeting on Thursday, April 27, at 6 p.m. regarding the proposed redevelopment project at 1500 Clinton St. The project architect and members of the development team will present the project which includes two mixed-use residential buildings of eight and 12 stories, open space amenities, and more. The
project is located within the North End Redevelopment Plan Area.

1415 Adams St. redevelopment project

The City of Hoboken will host a virtual community meeting on Tuesday,
May 9, at 6 p.m. regarding the proposed redevelopment project at 1415
Adams St. The project architect and members of the development team will
present the project which includes a 5-story commercial building
containing a brewery and office space on the upper floors.

Like the other project, this project is located within the North End Redevelopment Plan Area.
