Mile Square Theatre presents THE MOUNTAINTOP, the Olivier Award–winning play by Katori Hall, directed by Jamil Mangan. Set on April 3, 1968—the eve of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.—this powerful, surrealistic fantasy imagines an unexpected encounter between Dr. King and a mysterious hotel maid. Over a cup of coffee, she challenges him to confront his life, legacy, and the future of the civil rights movement.
