CarePoint Health Opens New Medical Center in Hoboken
The location is the first comprehensive women's and children's care center in Hudson County, says Mayor Dawn Zimmer.

CarePoint Health – a Hudson County-based healthcare system – announced that it will be opening three new locations in the region, including a new Comprehensive Women’s and Children’s Center at 5 Marine View Plaza in Hoboken.
CEO Dennis Kelly and Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer cut the ribbon to celebrate the grand opening of the new Hoboken location on Thursday.
In addition to the Hoboken location, the Health System will also open two other CarePoint Women’s and Children’s Centers, in Edgewater and Newport, later this month, stated a release.

“I congratulate CarePoint on opening the first comprehensive Women’s and Children’s Center in Hudson County,” said Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer. “As the fastest growing city in the state, Hoboken is seeing a dramatic increase in children, and this facility will provide our growing families with convenient access to high-quality healthcare.”
The exam suites and diagnostic tools located at these three offices will allow women and children to receive seamless care from routine checkups to advanced screenings and procedures, according to a release.

Services include annual exams, antepartum care, breast health care, bone densitometry, screening mammography and gynecologic oncology. Children’s services include wellness visits and sports physicals, specialist referrals and nutrition counseling.
