HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — A North Bergen man has been charged with trafficking and promoting child prostitution after he offered to pay a 13-year-old girl for sex, then assaulted her in a motel room, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors said that on Saturday, April 20, the West New York Police Department was notified of a sexual assault involving a 13-year-old juvenile female.

They determined that Sutuj had met the girl at a park in that town, then "offered the juvenile money in exchange for sexual acts and arranged transportation for the juvenile to meet him at a North Bergen motel, where he sexually assaulted her."
