HOBOKEN, N.J. – (December 9, 2013) – Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer cut the ribbon on the new Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage real estate office on 323 Washington Street during a grand opening ceremony and reception on Thursday, November 14. The new office is home to approximately 70 affiliated sales associates serving the needs of home buyers and sellers throughout Hoboken and surrounding areas in Hudson and Bergen counties.

Formerly located at 100 Washington Street, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s new office is a sleekly designed and modern two-floor facility easily accessible at the center of town between 3rd and 4th streets. Designed to be conducive to the needs of both sales associates and clients, the new Hoboken office provides both comfortable surroundings and the latest technology. Visitors to the office will find a reception area where they can log onto computers to search real estate listings while enjoying selections from a large coffee bar. Clients can meet with sales associates in two large conference rooms outfitted with 55-inch flat-screen televisions, computers and a retractable wall for customizable space. Sales associates also have private offices aside from the general work area. The Hoboken office features a new telephone system designed so that sales associates never miss a call, and clients calling in will be instantly connected to their agent’s cell phone.
