Woman Not Missing From Hoboken, Contrary To Social Media Posts: Police
Despite numerous social media posts about a woman missing from Hoboken on May 9, 2024, she has been located.
HOBOKEN, NJ — Friends posted on social media on Thursday and Friday that a Hoboken woman had gone missing after leaving her job in New York City late on Thursday, May 9, but she is safe, police confirmed.
"The woman is safe and was never missing," said a police spokesperson on Friday. "In fact, she went to police headquarters this morning to let them know she is okay, after she saw the social media posts about herself."
