Customer At Old Hoboken Stationery Store Wins Mega Millions Lottery Prize

A lucky lottery player in Hoboken is a little wealthier after this weekend.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Sometimes old places bring new delights.

Hoboken's iconic Davis Stationery on Washington Street sold a Mega Millions lottery ticket worth $20,000 on Friday, the NJ Lottery announced on Monday.

There were other lottery winners around the county this weekend.

Someone playing the scratch-off Crossword game on June 2 won $20,000 after buying the ticket at A to Z Deli & Grocery in North Bergen. The shop is located at 917 Grand Ave.

Perhaps the luckiest winner recently was a Jersey City player who, on Friday, won $104,086 by playing Quick Draw. They won at Lucky Deli Meat Food Corp. at 91 Martin Luther King Drive.
