Crossfit Hoboken 2011 Winter Challenge

Once again we are having our Winter Challenge. This year is the fourth installment of our competition. We invite everyone to join us in some good clean fitness fun before the holidays. All competitors and spectators will receive bag of goodies including a CrossFit Hoboken Sweatshirt along with other fun toys. Male and Female winners will receive $600 each. Along with additional prizes (TBA) for each events winner. At the conclusion of the event the Crew from Caveman Cooking will be holding a BBQ. All competitors and spectators are invited to hangout for some Southern Ribs Brisket and Beer.

Event 1: Strength Ladder Similar to last Years Bear Complex
Event 2: 3 Exercises for max reps in 1 minute with a 1 minute rest between each
Event 3: A Couplet Amrap for 7 minutes
Event 4: A 20 minute Chipper
