Dragon's Way Qigong Program

I want to share this article in the Forbes magazine with you.
Intelligence Is Overrated: What You Really Need To Succeed

"EQ (Emotional Intelligence), MQ (Moral Intelligence), and BQ (Body Intelligence). These concepts may be elusive and difficult to measure, but their significance is far greater than IQ."

When I read this article, it really resonated with me.  The Dragon's Way Qigong for me has impacted my life a great deal on all 3 of these "intelligence" levels.  Through my practice and teaching, I've learned a great deal about my own body and emotions.  How to express myself and allow myself to digest my emotions and not suppress them or hold onto them.  I've learned to tune into my own body and really listen and honor myself without judgement and knowing I am taking care of me.

Please join me for a new session of the Dragon's Way Program starting next Thursday evening May17 @ 7 p.m -  Seasonal Health Hoboken
