With temperatures expecting to get back into the 90s this weekend, New York Sports Clubs is encouraging New York and New Jersey residents to take their workouts indoors to escape the heat. Clubs citywide will open their doors to the public for free workouts every time the thermometer hits 90 degrees through August.
As of Friday, July 22, New Jersey residents can work out for free in any NYSC facility on days where the temperature tops 90 degrees.

In addition to NYSC, all other clubs in the Town Sports International network, including Boston Sports Clubs, Washington Sports Clubs and Philadelphia Sports Clubs, will be participating in this offer. This offer allows access all hours except Monday-Thursday from 4:30-7:30, and can be redeemed by referencing the “heat wave promotion” at the front desk of any NYSC club. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and will need to show photo ID. To find a club near you, please visit, www.mysportsclubs.com.
