Danielle Buccellato, Founder of Renaissance Pilates, will host the 5th Annual Pilates in the Park Fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis on Saturday, May 19th at Maxwell Place Park (1 11th Street on the Waterfront) in Hoboken. Community members and fitness devotees are enticed to participate in a fun-filled Pilates mat class overlooking the Manhattan skyline. The mat class begins promptly at 9:30am, followed by raffles, prizes and a champagne toast on the rooftop at City Bistro, just a short walk from Maxwell Place Park.

The intermediate Pilates class will will be directed by Danielle Buccellato who has been teaching Pilates for more than 12 years. Having studied under the renowned, Pilates on Fifth in NYC, Danielle looks forward to instilling her passion for Pilates towards clientele, new attendees and onlookers at this invigorating fundraiser.
“Pilates in the Park has raised more than $30,000 to date on behalf of Stanley Zolek, my nephew, and the thousands that suffer from CF. If you like Pilates, join us to practice your craft for a good cause. It’s truly a wonderful experience,” stated Buccellato.

The class is free, but donations are suggested. The RSVP deadline is Tuesday, May 15th. Participants are reminded that there will be an array of local and national gifts to bid on before and after the Pilates mat class. Raffles will be held directly after the class and before the champagne toast at City Bistro.
