Yoga, Nutrition and Musical Therapy

MiMi Kids Yoga is hosting a 3-hour workshop for children ages 9-16 on Sunday, January 23rd from 12-3pm.

The children will participate in a yoga class with Carrie Gilbert, certified kids yoga instructor and special education teacher.

Holistic registered dietitian and Defeat Autism Now! practitioner Laura Lagano will guide the children in mindful eating exercises, encouraging optimal food choices.

The children will have the opportunity to explore West African Drumming with Lara and Yael from Marafanyi Drum, Dance and Song, who have extensive experience bringing this type of music to populations of all ages and abilities.

The cost of the 3-hour workshop is $125 per child.
